The host families that are a part of Evecuador - Experiential
Volunteering in Ecuador - are absolutely trustworthy and secure
because before we allow them to become host families, we thoroughly
research and evaluate them in person.
Our host families become your second family because they will
care about you as if you are here in your own house. They will
provide you with two or three meals at day and they will have
clean, comfortable and efficient acommodations.
Our coordinator will pick you up from the airpoirt together
with your host if it is possible and take you to your home.
Next day the coordinator will pick you up and give you an orientation
tour showing you how to get to your placement, banks, internet
cafe and important places for the volunteer.
Your host family will help you with directions about what busses
you can take around the city, also the transportation out of
the city.
Our coordinator department will be always on contact with the
host family checking on if your needs are fullfile.
The coordinator department has low cost tours to the known places
out of the city like Cotopaxi, Chimborazo, Lakes, Indian markets,
etc. You will be able to talk about in person with your coordinator.
The volunteer will know about the address, family names, ages
and everything about them before arrived to the placement city
that they choose.
The fee for three meals and acoommodations are USD $12 per day
and USD $15 in Galapagos. For more information you can make
